Racking to Secondary Fermentation
Add 90 Grams French Oak Chips to clean carboy
Added Yeast nutrient, stirred well, then racked
Day 21 (5/19) Specific Gravity = 0.996/ -0.4%PA
Racking off sediment
Degassed by stirring
Added 1/4 TSP PotMetaBisulfite and stirred 2-3 minutes
Added 7 mL Siligel and stirred 2-3 minutes
Added 7 mL Liquigel and stirred 2-3 minutes
Filled Glass Carboy empty space with 1400mL Cheap Pinot Grigio
